What is Yandex Direct without VAT and does it work?
Yandex Direct without VAT is an account registered to an individual or organization located in another country. Exporting services abroad is not subject to VAT. Therefore, using such an account, you do not pay VAT.
In simple terms, these are foreign Yandex.Direct accounts. The payer is effectively in another country and doesn't have to pay value-added tax. Therefore, to avoid VAT, simply switch to a foreign Yandex.Direct account that has been verified in another country.

How does a global account differ from a Russian one?
There are only three differences with a foreign account:
- No VAT
- The currency is dollars - you only need to change prices once in the company settings

How to create your own
Unlike Russian accounts, Yandex.Direct accounts in other countries require identity verification for activation. They may also request a payment method and a photo of you holding documents.
To create an account, you must be a citizen of another country. A friend or relative with citizenship outside the CIS, over 18 years of age, will do.
