What is Yandex Direct without VAT and does it work?
Yandex Direct without VAT is an account registered to an individual or organization located in another country (not Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Kazakhstan, or Switzerland). VAT is not charged on advertising costs in these countries. Therefore, users of such accounts are not charged VAT.

How to create your own
