Under the sanctions Yandex Direct accounts without VAT continue to be replenished directly from foreign cards. Instructions for issuing such cards are available to all our clients.
New accounts Yandex Direct without VAT have appeared, operating in Russia .
To top up your account you will need
- Yandex Direct dollar account without VAT ( Everything you need to know about Direct accounts without VAT ) ;
- PayPal account with increased limits;
- Bank card. Any card (including one linked to a current account or virtual wallet) from any country (including Russia, Belarus) will do.
(Previously, it was possible to top up Yandex Direct accounts without VAT in rubles. Now, only dollar accounts can be topped up again).
Instructions
- We go to the Direct dollar account without VAT, click Top up, enter the top-up amount and click Issue an invoice ;
Note: A test ad campaign has been created on the account to keep the account active. Once you have created your campaign, you can delete the test campaign. - Select Individual, payment method PayPal and click Select;
- Click Issue an invoice and on the next page Pay;
- We are transferred to the PayPal website. We log into our account with increased limits. We select a card (or add a new one) and click Continue;
- On the next page, click View conversion options, change the currency from rubles to dollars and click Pay using USD;
Note: By default, if you top up your dollar account with a ruble card, PayPal will kindly convert your payment from rubles to dollars, taking about 4% commission. If you switch the currency to dollars, the card bank will be responsible for the conversion, and the top-up will be done without commission.
After a few seconds, you will be returned to the Yandex page with the message “ Your payment has been successfully completed .” Returning to the main page, we see that the account balance has been replenished.
Note: Your account balance may not change for 5 minutes after payment. If your balance does not change, try refreshing the page.
That's it, you have topped up your Yandex Direct account without commission and without VAT.
Possible problems with payment
If after replenishment you see the message “ Sorry. Payments are temporarily unavailable, try again later ”, it means that your payment was declined. There may be several reasons:- There is not enough money on the card.
Check the balance of the card you are using to top up. Please note: the card must have at least 100 rubles more than the top-up amount. PayPal may write off a small amount to check the card, this money is often returned after the payment. - PayPal has limited payments.
You can check the imposed restrictions by following the link. Restrictions are most often imposed if identity verification is not passed and the limits on the PayPal account are not increased. Restrictions can be easily removed by contacting PayPal support. - Non-working account without VAT.
When buying on third-party sites, you may get a blocked account or one without identity verification. Such accounts cannot be replenished. Only changing the account will help.
