Due to sanctions Yandex Direct accounts without VAT to be topped up directly from foreign cards. Instructions issuing such are available to all our clients.
To top up your account you will need
- Global Yandex Direct dollar account without VAT;
- Bank card. Any card (including one linked to a current account or virtual wallet) from any country (except Russia and Belarus) will do.
For larger budgets, we have a separate direct replenishment service. For details please write to our manager.
(Previously, it was possible to top up accounts in rubles. Now, only dollar accounts can be topped up again.)
Instructions
- We go to the global dollar account Direct, click Top up, enter the top-up amount and click Continue in Balance ;
Note: A test ad campaign has been created on the account to keep it active. After creating your campaign, you can delete the test campaign. - We select Individual (or legal entity , if we used global advertiser ), payment method Card and click Select;
- Click Issue an invoice and on the next page Pay;
- Select a card (or add a new one) and click Continue;
After a few seconds, you'll be returned to the Yandex page with the message " Your payment has been successfully completed ." Returning to the main page, we see that our account balance has been replenished.
Note: Your account balance may not change for 5 minutes after a payment. If your balance doesn't change, try refreshing the page.
That's it, you've topped up your Yandex Direct account without commission or VAT.
Possible problems with payment
If after topping up your account you see the message " Sorry. Payments are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later ." Your payment was declined. There could be several reasons:- There is not enough money on the card.
Check the balance of the card you're using to top up your account. Please note: the card must have at least $1.50 more balance than the top-up amount. Yandex may charge a small amount to verify your card; this amount is often refunded after payment. - Your bank/service has restricted payments.
You can check any restrictions imposed in your bank's app. Restrictions are most often imposed if your service deems a payment suspicious. Complete identity verification and increase your account limits. Restrictions can be easily lifted by contacting support. - Inactive account without identity verification.
When purchasing from third-party platforms, you may receive an already blocked or unverified account. Such accounts cannot be topped up. Only a new account can help.
