Business Manager is necessary to protect your personal profile and hide from Facebook that you are running your own advertising campaigns on a account without VAT .
If you already have a Business Manager, you do not need to create a new one. You can use an existing BM or create a new one by following the instructions.
Instructions on how to create a Business Manager correctly
- Go to your personal Facebook profile. Follow the link (You can create a Business Manager, even if you already have one) and in the upper right corner click Create an account
- Specify Company and account name (this will be the name of your Business Manager), Your name (will be filled in automatically) and Your work email address (notifications from the Business Manager will be sent to this address). Click Next .

- In the next window, you need to specify the actual country and city, postal code and phone number of your company (Facebook may request confirmation of this information). Specify Country, Address, City, Region, Postal Code, Phone Number and Website (you can specify any website). Select Providing services to other companies and click Send .

If the form is still submitting after a minute, refresh the page.
Congratulations, you have created a Business Manager account . Don't forget to confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the email.
